Analysing Risks (PL6)
Analysing risks can be performed by viewing the planning information as an integrated set of data. The project information is now available in an easy to navigate and use format. The data has an internal consistency that minimises the possibility of missing products from the plan.
Checks are provided to help identify products that have not been planned; Products with duplicate names; and which products are used within a stage.
This project information can now be used to identify additional risks or update risks already identified on the project Risk Log. (The Project Records capability includes both a Risk and Issue Log)).
