Tutorial Step 5: Establish Work Packages within a Stage

to Establish Work Packages


  The following steps take you through the entry of the Work Packages within a Stage
Select the stage activity In the Project Activity List, select the activity Dismantle and Move Shed.
Insert a new work package
  1. With the activity selected, right click and move the cursor to Insert. Choose Insert Activity from the drop-down menu that appears. A new activity is inserted below Dismantle and Move Shed.
  2. In the Project Activity List, click on the activity type and then click on the down arrow to show a drop down menu.
  3. Change the activity type to Work Package.
  4. In the Act tab, change the Title of the activity to Replace Rotten Pieces.
Insert another work package For practice, insert another work package within the stage.
