Training Course Development Example

Two training course development examples are provided to show the approach to identifying products in a project.

The difference between the two projects is the use of a Functional Specification product which is a set of information describing the entire training course. The other product based plan contains multiple products containing the same information. The reasons for selecting one or the other approaches depends upon the approach used in a department or the requirements of a customer. In general, they are both right answers and examples of product based planning.
