Other Bookmarks

Additional bookmarks help control Formatting and Layout of the output document.

The Format Bookmarks are as follows:

FMT_PAGE	Inserts a page break into the document
FMT_LANDSCAPE	Changes the current page orientation to Landscape
FMT_PORTRAIT	Changes the current page orientation to Portrait
FMT_HLSTARTnn	no longer used.
FMT_HL_nn	Sets the header level to nn (Useful in custom templates to start numbering of headers).
FMT_HL_ON	Enables the output of headers with header levels (Useful when not using a template)
FMT_HL_OFF	Disables the output of header text (Useful when using a custom template)
FMT_NAV_ON	Inserts Hyperlinks to Navigate the structure ... useful for Products and Activities
FMT_NAV_OFF	Does not insert the navigation hyperlinks.
FMT_PREFIX_ON	Adds a prefix (type of product) to the header of a row (Default = ON)
FMT_PREFIX_OFF	Does not add a prefix to the header of a row (Just the Title of the Row).
FMT_ROWALLOWBREAK_ON	Allow table rows to break across the page (This is also the default value is ON... FMT_ROWALLOWBREAK )
FMT_ROWALLOWBREAK_OFF	Do not allow rows to break across the page

NOTE: To allow table rows to break when doing a print preview, add the bookmark to the related templates list of bookmarks.

For example, to allow Meeting Report rows to break when doing a print preview, Select View >> Show Templates and change the Meeting Information bookmarks. See below:
