PBP View Bookmarks

Information from the PBP View consists of the Product and Activity information.

The bookmarks for the Product Information are as follows:

PROD_PBS	Insert the PBS. The PBS will be fit to a page if the zoom is Fit to Width or Fit to Height. Use the specific zoom settings to determine the number of pages printed.
PROD_PFD	Insert the PFD. The PFD will be fit to a page if the zoom is Fit to Width or Fit to Height. Use the specific zoom settings to determine the number of pages printed.
PROD_LIST	Inserts the Product Checklist as a Picture or Excel Spreadsheet
PROD_TABLE	Inserts the Product Checklist as a Word Table
PROD_DETAILS	Includes the Detail Bookmarks (for each selected Product)
PROD_PD	Insert the Product Description (from Details or selected product)
PROD_CI	Insert the Configuration Item Information (from Details or selected product)
PROD_ESTIMATE	Insert the Estimates for the Product (from Details or selected product)
MTX_PRODUCT	RASCI View for the Product Checklist.

The bookmarks for the Activity Information are as follows:

ACT_LIST	Insert the Project Activities as a picture or Excel Spreadsheet
ACT_TABLE	Insert the list of activities as a word table
ACT_PROJECT	Insert project information - Roughly the Text of the Project Brief or Charter
ACT_STAGES	Insert all of the Stage Information as a set of Tables
ACT_DETAILS	Insert the Activity Details bookmarks and / or templates (Typically ACT_CONTENT)
ACT_CONTENT	Insert all of the Activity information within a range by type of Activity.
ACT_INCLUDEPD	Indicates that a Product Description for an Activity associated with a product will be included.
ACT_EXCLUDEACT_ON	Exclude Activity Tables in the output (Useful for getting Products by Stage - with ACT_INCLUDEPD.
ACT_EXCLUDEACT_OFF	Allow the Activity Tables to be included (DEFAULT)
MTX_ACTIVITY	RASCI View for the Project Activity List
