Record View Bookmarks

Issues, Risks, Quality Check, Meeting, Reports and Requisition information can be inserted into a report using the Record View Bookmarks.

The Issue Bookmarks are as follows:

ISSUE_LIST	Insert the list of issues (Issue Log or Issue Register) as a picture or for an Excel Spreadsheet
ISSUE_TABLE	Insert the list of issues as a word table.
ISSUE_DETAILS	Include the Issue Details bookmarks and / or Template
ISSUE_CONTENT	Inserts a specific type of issue (for each details item or a single Issue)

The Action Bookmarks provide access to the full list of actions that may be filtered or a specific list of actions that may be associated with a specific record. The bookmarks are as follows:

ACTION_LIST	Insert the list of actions (Only the visible actions - filters can be applied)
ACTION_TABLE	Insert the list of visible actions in a word table
ACTION_DAILYLOG	Inserts the Daily Log as a picture or Excel Spreadsheet
ACTION_LOG	Inserts a small set of columns from the Action Table.
ACTION_ITEMS	Inserts the selected set of actions for a record (generally in details bookmark list)
ACTION_DETAILS	Include the Action Details bookmarks and / or Template
ACTION_CONTENT	Inserts a specific type of action

NOTE: The ACTION_ITEMS bookmark can be used as part of the _DETAILS bookmarks below to provide the action items for specific content.

For example, if the Project Issues Report includes the Report bookmark ISSUE_DETAILS. In the Template table, the Issue Information row contains the bookmarks ISSUE_CONTENT|ACTION_ITEMS

The two bookmarks in Issue Information take each issue and insert the information for the Issue followed by the specific actions to address the issue.

The Risk Bookmarks are as follows:

RISK_LIST	Insert the list of risks (Risk Log or Risk Register) as a picture or for an Excel Spreadsheet
RISK_TABLE	Insert the list of risks as a word table
RISK_DETAILS	Include the Risk Details bookmarks and / or Template
RISK_CONTENT	Inserts a specific type of Risk

The Quality Check Bookmarks are as follows:

QCHK_LIST	Insert the list of quality checks (Quality Log) as a picture or for an Excel Spreadsheet
QCHK_TABLE	Insert the list of quality checks as a word table
QCHK_DETAILS	Include the quality check details bookmarks and / or template
QCHK_CONTENT	Inserts a specific type of quality check (usually from details or single item)

The Status Report Bookmarks are as follows:

SRPT_LIST	Insert the list of status reports (Highlight, checkpoint) as a picture or excel spreadsheet
SRPT_TABLE	Insert the list of status reports as a word document
SRPT_DETAILS	Include the Status Report Details bookmarks and / or Template
SRPT_CONTENT	Inserts a specific type of status report

The Meeting Bookmarks are as follows:

MTG_LIST	Insert the list of meetings as a picture or spreadsheet.
MTG_TABLE	Insert the list of meetings as a word table
MTG_DETAILS	Include the Meeting Details bookmarks and / or Template
MTG_CONTENT	Inserts a specific type of meeeting or a single meeting.

The Requisition Bookmarks are as follows:

REQS_LIST	Insert the list of requisitions
REQS_TABLE	Insert the list of requisitions as a table
REQS_DETAILS	Include the Requisition Details bookmarks and / or Template
REQS_CONTENT	Inserts a specific type of requisition
